Customer-friendly Quote feature

Manage and Produce Requests for Quotes (RFQ) in our System within minutes

The Quotation System enables customers to not only put items in their carts, but to put them in Quotations as well.

Thereby giving the freedom of choice to inquire before committing to an order.

How to proceed:

• • You have to Log in before you have the opportunity to fill in the quote list
    
    
  • Select products via category and/or product pages; add the products via "Add to quote" on category and / or product pages
    
    
  • When all products are added to the quotation, you click on "View and edit quote".
    This menu appears when you click on the icon on the top right of the page.
    
    
  • On the quotation page you can alter the number of items and add a remark.
    
    
  • Thereafter click on "Request Quote".
    
    
  • Now a quote request is made.
    An email is sent to the Enluse employee that there is a quote request.
    A conirmation of the quote request is sent to the customer.
    
    

Customer responds to quote proposal in customer dashboard.

• • The customer can respond to a quote proposal directly via the quote proposal email or via his customer dashboard.
    
    
  • The customer selects "My quotes" to have an overview of all his quotations.
    
    
  • When the customer clicks "View quote", he is able to see the proposal.
    
    
  • When the customer receives the proposal he can either accept, edit or diapprove the quote.
    
    
  • When the customer agrees, it's a matter of a mouse-click to convert the quote in to an order.
    
    
  • Thereafter the checkout process follows the default store settings.
