Account

Why do I need an account for the ENLUSE webshop?

When opening an account you enjoy a range of benefits, including: Faster checkout: A Registered customer moves through checkout faster because much of the information is already in your account. Self service:  A Registered customer can update his/her own information, check the status of orders, and even reorder from the account dashboard. You can access your account dashboard by clicking the “My Account” link in the header of the store. You can use your account dashboard to view and modify your information, including past and current addresses, billing and shipping preferences, newsletter subscriptions and more.

How do I change my email settings?

You can change your email preferences and password under "Account Information" in the main menu.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Please fill in your email address on this page to receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email you receive. For privacy reasons, we do not have access to your password and we cannot send it to you. 

Orders

Where can I check the status of my order?

You can check the current status of your order at any time in your order history. Make sure that you are logged into your account and then click on “My Orders” in the main menu. Here you will find an overview of all your online and offline orders with ENLUSE.

Can my order be cancelled?

Please contact our customer support team if you wish to cancel an order.

How can I return an order?

If you would like to return an order, please call us at +31 765 781 280, or contact our customer support team: info@enluse.com.

Is it possible to see an overview of all orders placed?

Yes, this is possible. Make sure that you are logged into your account and then click on “My Orders” in the main menu. Here you will find an overview of all orders placed. You can view each order. Create a new sales order based on the current order.

Delivery

What are the delivery options?

Your order can be delivered directly to your address, either by our Shipping Agency or via DHL.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address when you complete your order. Here you can create a new delivery address or select a previously created address. You can also manage your delivery addresses under “Address Book” in the main menu.

Payment

Are the item prices displayed on the webshop VAT-inclusive?

No, the item prices displayed on the webshop are VAT-exclusive. When looking at your Shopping Cart you will see: the Item, Price, Qty, Subtotal, Total price (excluding VAT), the tax value (VAT) and the Total price (including VAT).

What payment methods are available on the webshop?

You can choose to pay for your orders by IDEAL, Paypal or Credit Card.
